- Establish, modify and cancel in writing a confidential information regime in accordance with a legislation in force.
Akita Digital Agency is committed to:
- Use information that constitutes a trade secret and/or confidential information for their own needs in a manner that does not contradict a law.
- Authorize or prohibit access to confidential information, determine a procedure and conditions of access to information in possession.
- Introduce a confidential information into civil circulation on a basis of agreements which involve an inclusion of terms and conditions to protect a confidentiality of this information.

- Send advertising information messages to a Client. If a Client wishes to refuse to receive Newsletters from akita.team, a Client must report it to Akita digital agency in a most convenient way.
- In accordance with applicable law in force, this Policy, labor and civil contracts, protect its rights in case of disclosure, unlawful receipt or unlawful use of confidential information by third parties, including a right to claim compensation for damages caused by a violation of its rights.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
In order to protect information confidentiality, Akita digital agency employees, who in accordance with peculiarities of their labor functions in these legal entities have access to it, are obliged to:
- Make a written Commitment not to disclose information that constitutes confidential information or sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
- To execute a mode of confidential information established by Akita digital agency.
- Not to disclose confidential information which contains Client personal data, data that Akita possesses as well, and not to use this information for personal purposes without their consent.
- Not to disclose the above information, which is confidential after a termination of an employment agreement (contract).
- To compensate a Client for a damage caused if an employee is guilty of disclosing confidential information that became known to him in connection with a performance of his labor duties.
